Predator & Prey
When predators and their prey get a little too friendly.
15 entries · 12/11/2002
Contest rules
In this contest your task is to depict the offspring of any predator and prey coupling. What would be the result if a wolf knocked up a squirrel? If a sperm whale shagged a giant squid? If an eagle got jiggy with a trout? So many combinations, only 48 hours to play with. Let's play mad geneticist.
The rules of this game are thus: Create a crossbreed of any predator/prey pair that occurs naturally in nature (i.e. a mountain lion-penguin wouldn't work, but a shark-tuna, a lion-gazelle, or a rabbit-hawk as in IronKite's themepost all would). As always, quality is a must. That extra 5 minutes goes a long way. We will remove poor entries no matter how much we like you. You'll have 48 hours for this contest, so make your submissions count.
