Subtle Changes 2

This contest focuses on things that make you do a double take - the subtle errors in an image that require you to look twice before you can catch them (i.e. jonboy's image of a boy with three legs).

The rules of this game are thus: Take any image and change something about the image in a subtle way. (i.e. a stock ticker with the symbol "l337" floating by or a string of cars in traffic, one of which is driven by a dog). The key in this contest is imagination. As always, quality is a must. We will remove poor entries no matter how much we like you. You'll have 48 hours for this contest so make your submission count.
