Subtle Changes 17

This contest focuses on things that make you do a double take - the subtle errors in an image that require you to look twice before you can catch them.

The rules of this game are thus: Take any image and change something about the image in a subtle way. (i.e. a stock ticker with the symbol "l337" floating by or a string of cars in traffic, one of which is driven by a dog). The key in this contest is imagination.

Please, DO NOT post WIPs in your comments. Post them in the forums after the contest has ended.

Have fun, be creative!, keep it clean, follow the Arena Rules please, and be careful to avoid using cliches. You will have 48 hours to submit so make your entry count! As always, quality is a must. We'll remove poor images no matter how much we like you.
