Marilyn Monroe has a stamp, so why not Marilyn Manson, huh? If James Dean, tragic 50's teen idol, can have his own stamp, why doesn't Jimmy Dean, sausage maker extraordinaire, get one? It makes no sense, we need better stamp designers, to right these wrongs, and equalize these inequities. That's where you come in.

In this contest, your task is to create a new design for a postage stamp. One we'd all love, or one we'd all hate, it's up to you. Please try not to create a design featuring a celebrity who already has a stamp, such as Elvis. If you do- make sure it is extremely unique (and hilarious)in it's depiction, or it will be disqualified. Better to come up with an entirely new idea. :)

The rules of the game are thus: Create a new design for a postage stamp. Do not use a celebrity that is already the subject of a postage stamp, and be sure to avoid anyone on the cliche list.

Please, DO NOT post WIPs in your comments. Post them in the forums after the contest has ended.

Have fun, be creative!, keep it clean, follow the Arena Rules please, and be careful to avoid using cliche. You will have 48 hours to submit so make your entry count! As always, quality is a must. We'll remove poor images no matter how much we like you.
