Middle Earth 2011

Ever wonder what society would be like if mystical creatures really existed? What if trolls, faeries, unicorns, dragons, witches, sorcerers, golems, elves, or any other known mystical fantasy creature were still around today mixing with the human element? What if magic was real and actually worked? Would the police force dress in a modern version of medieval armour in case the bank is robbed by dragons? Would the stock market be controlled by soothsayers? Would mermaids win all the gold medals for swimming in the Olympics?

The rules of the contest are thus: Take any common, everyday image and change it to reflect a society where modern technology exists side by side with magic and fantasy creatures.

Please, DO NOT post WIPs in your comments. Post them in the forums after the contest has ended.

Have fun, be creative!, keep it clean, follow the Arena Rules please, and be careful to avoid using cliche. You will have 48 hours to submit so make your entry count! As always, quality is a must. We'll remove poor images no matter how much we like you.
