Star Trek Ren 2

Captain Kirk was out saving the galaxy when our grandfathers were in diapers, according to him. And perhaps, even long before that. What if, by chance, the star fleet were to be immortalized in the classical paintings here on earth? Imagine if DaVinci had painted a portrait of Spock. Or if McCoy had been the subject of Van Gogh? Captain Kirk would probably have loved to have had four or five of Bouguereau's naked angels adoring him and tending to his every need...

In fact, I think he would have expected it.

For this contest, we want you to put elements of Star Trek into classical paintings. You may use the characters, the starships, the weaponry... any of these things as long as they are from a Star Trek series.

Hit list: the Mona Lisa, Munch's 'The Scream' and any painting by Norman Rockwell. Use them and your entry will be disqualified.

Please, DO NOT post WIPs in your comments. Post them in the forums after the contest has ended.

Have fun, be creative!, keep it clean, follow the Arena Rules please, and be careful to avoid using cliches. You will have 48 hours to submit so make your entry count! As always, quality is a must. We'll remove poor images no matter how much we like you.
