Making people more efficient, one mutation at a time.

Contest rules

Some folks are better suited for particular jobs and hobbies than others. It all comes down to an individual's desire, skill set and physical ability. Surgeons need the steadiest hands imaginable, for instance. But what if surgeons evolved in a way that made performing their jobs even easier? What if, one day, their fingers mutated into surgical instruments? Their hands might become a Swiss army knife of sorts, dedicated to their life's work as surgeons and healers.

That's the idea behind this contest. We want you to show us physical mutations that would help facilitate people's jobs or activities. Think of the tennis player whose arm mutates into a tennis racket. Or the deep sea diver whose legs have mutated into a fish tail. Or the 30th generation welder whose hands have become the only tool necessary!

Please, DO NOT post WIPs in your comments. Post them in the forums after the contest has ended.

Have fun, be creative!, keep it clean, follow the Arena Rules please, and be careful to avoid using cliches. You will have 48 hours to submit so make your entry count! As always, quality is a must. We'll remove poor images no matter how much we like you.

BONUS: If you use Aviary.com to create your entry you will receive 10 free credits! If you win you will receive an additional 100 credits.

NOTE: To receive your free credits, please site message Corporate with a link to your entry.

(Special thanks goes out to Hyperborean for the contest idea, as well as the awesome themepost!)
