Redneck Space Race 3

In the 1960s the Soviets and the boffins at Cape Canaveral were jockeying for lead position in the Space Race. What if dirt-poor yankee yokels beat all of them to it?

In this competition we want you to show us what it would be like if outer space was colonised by rednecks. We're expecting rodeo riders in denim space suits riding wild space slugs out in the asteroid belt, interstellar truck stops, monster truck races on the moon and bizarre aliens playing electric banjos.
