What if video games were real? Imagine a world filled with heroic Italian plumbers, speedy hedgehogs and ostrich riding jousters.

The rules of this game are thus:
You are to create realistic image inspired by a video game. You can recreate a character or scene from a modern video game or from a classic video game (as in the Space Invaders themepost by Quest007). Do not use images from movies, TV shows or any artworks inspired by/based on video games, you must create your own image from scratch.
It might help to link to the Wikipedia listing for the game you're portraying just in case everyone isn't familiar with it.

Hit List: Pokemon. We already have that contest. Use one and get disqualified.


As always, quality is a must. We'll remove poor images no matter how much we like you. You'll have 48 hours for this contest, so make your submissions count.
