Body Sculpting

I was disappointed when I attended a body-sculpting contest. Sure, the competitors were muscular, but there was no variety: Everyone was still vaguely human-shaped. What kind of sculpting was this? I want to see castles in the quadriceps, doodles in the delts, and glorious still lifes in the gluteus maximus.

In this contest, your job is to take the human form and reshape it like Plastic Man. Think Canvas Earth, but on someone's body. And, yes, we need you to keep it clean.
