You've seen him on TV in "To Catch a Predator" but here we see him in his native environment. He's a creepy older guy looking to be "friends" with a 14 year old girl. Luckily, none of them are biting on his lines so he's off to look at the Miley Cyrus web page. I don't know why he has a jar of Vaseline and a box of tissues-maybe he has chapped lips and a cold and don't ask where his other hand is...he's probably looking for something in his pocket.
