My first failed frog

First time I tried to make this sort of manipulation, wanted to do it before but never really started. Well, today I thought of make an entry for this contest. Didn't went too well, I know the head is looking wrong in perspective, but I couldn't find anything to make it look good. Also I didn't cover all the toes.
I wanted to add smoke too, but couldn't make it look realistic and good.
